Photogram Workshop with Stephanie Klein-Davis
Date: October 3 | Time: 5-7 pm | Cost: $45 per person
Max Participants: 6 | All materials provided
Spend a couple of hours in the dark with photographer, Stephanie Klein-Davis, who will explain the chemicals used to print in the darkroom. You will observe how to make a B&W print from a film negative. Together, we will make photograms, a darkroom process that illustrates how light is exposed to photographic paper and how darkroom chemicals react to create the magic that reveals the image. You will take home your photogram creations.
This two-hour session is just a primer for getting your fingers wet and experiencing an old-school photography process. Take a step back in time at Art on 1st.
P.S. Completing this workshop counts as orientation for darkroom membership! Membership sign-up via Patreon.
