Art On 1st is proud to be hosting Stop 7 on the annual Open Studios Tour Roanoke April 27-28 from 10:00 AM-5:00 PM.  Admission is Free and the tour is self-guided.  There will be 40 participating artists at 13 locations throughout Roanoke City.

The Open Studios Tour was founded in 2000, when a group of Roanoke artists decided to open their homes and/or studios to the public to build community awareness of our professional artists and artisans who live and work in the Roanoke Valley. Media includes sculpture, painting, drawing, collage, assemblage, jewelry, photography, fiber and ceramics. Come meet the artists and talk with them about their processes and new works in a casual atmosphere. In many instances, they will also get a chance to peek into working studios. Art will be offered for sale at each of the exhibition sites.
